Naukluft Olive Trail

We park the car at the base of a path that goes up one side of one mountain. We have a 10km hike ahead of us, first up a steep incline and then a long circular route back to the car. For Doug it's another chance for a race so he's off with the two of the guys while Katarina and I take it a little more slowly. It's a continuous uphill path, nothing treacherous but also no respite. As we ascend , a camera doesn't leave my hand, as I swap between the phone and my big camera.
