The Muncaster Owl Centre
One of the last places we visited at the castle was an extensive owl centre with breeding programme which seemed to go on forever. It was an impressive place to visit. They had owls of every size and colour from tiny fluffy owlets to enormous African Eagle Owls. This is what they were fed. Pretty, eh?
We then went on to an interative life-size meadow vole maze. We then did it again, then again.
We took the main road back, which, by avoiding the mud, took a fraction of the time it took us going there. We collapsed on our beds. This was a very long day.
