Oslo

It was dark when we arrived in Oslo but the walk to the hotel was very easy despite some misleading road signs. We passed the cathedral on route and saw the vast flower and candle display still in place following the recent shootings. It was a very moving and sombre place. Eventually on entering the hotel the guy on reception knew my name as we were one of the last to check in for the day. And the small but very well decorated room was extremely welcome.
