The tower descent

Descending a long staircase is strenuous in a different way, and certainly more dangerous, but this one has a slightly wider staircase than normal. We have plenty more opportunities to photograph on the way down and get closer to the architecture. I always wonder what medieval people thought when they saw these heights from man-made structures.
