They interval

One huge problem we had was water. We were warned that all beverages were prohibited so I only took a single bottle which ran out quite quickly in the heat, despite the late time. Also the seats, despite cushions, had no back rest and were quite uncomfortable. At the interval, after 2 hours,  I rushed out to get water. On my return I asked a member of staff how much longer the performance was. When he said another hour and a half we had to leave. In one sense it was a shame, but really we'd accomplish our primary aim and wanted to leave feeling happy and not returning too late.
