Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar

We continue further towards the city centre and I wanted to surprise Katarina with the Basilica. I'd seen it online and it looked magical. As we turned a corner into the square I think Katarina was pleasantly surprised. It's quite a magestic site and totally dominates the square. It also has a scale that seems to play with your eyes. It's almost as though you had stepped on to the set of some fantasy. Again it's great how few tourists there are. This really is a hidden gem.
