Goodbye Madrid

Our journey was a quick 90m an a cool and spacious train. Always nice to have charging plugs, even if we didn't need them. Also got handed some earphones to listen to opera from a seat socket. Interesting. I can't say we were particularly sad to leave, not because Madrid isn't a great city but because we've been here four evenings. That's a record for us since New York. Before that would be Paris in 2009. We've hardly done Madrid but we've done what we can.
