GPS and WiFi

GPS has been very useful on this journey, especially navigating out of the central districts. It was especially useful on bus journeys to work out where we get off instead of always checking for road signs. And this bus journey to Zagreb is a world apart from the local buses on southern Croatia where there would be frequent inexplicable stops, no air conditioning and grumpy drivers. Here we have working air conditioning, pleasant drivers offering free water bottles and even free WiFi allowing me to complete Monday's blog with probably more words than is necessary. But it helps me pass the time.
