The shrine with no name

Embarrassingly without a guidebook we have no idea what this shrine was beside a bronze gate. People had congregated including a large group of Japanese tourists with a guide. I couple of locals were urging everyone to keep quite as they passed so clearly it was of great religious significance. Again we'll look it up later. We had to keep moving to complete our speedy tour of Zagreb and make it back for our train to Ljubljana.
