Rafting

The boat took us to a restaurant six kilometers up stream where we were offloaded and given an hour before the journey back. The outdoor restaurant was vast and expensive so we went for the sandwich place next door where I think we were both very satisfied with the hot flat bread wraps they make here and across the region. We then had about 30 minutes to explore this little stretch of the gorge, which didn't offer too much but we did get a view of other tourists rafting downstream. Rafting has been on offer the whole time we were here and if I'd been a greater fan of water we might have gone for it. Katarina would certainly have been up for it. We made do watching others instead.
