Marjan Park

Despite the vast size of the old Roman Palace it doesn't take a whole day to explore as eventually the alleyways can look the same. And outside the old town the best things are a little further so we popped back to our apartment to freshen ourselves and made our way up Marjan Park which overlooks the city with a cafe part way up where we stopped for a drink, which we eventually got about half an hour after ordering. However the cafe is very well situated with great a view of the Dalmatian coast. We could have gone higher but it was getting late and I didn't want to push our luck with our tired bodies. We'd gone far enough.
