Zagreb

For once our bus journey was on time and we arrived in Zagreb just before 4pm. It was actually a very pleasant journey and didn't feel as long as the 5.5 hours that actually passed. We arrived at the central bus station where I had a sudden shock when I thought I'd had money stolen. I just accepted it but walked ahead of Katarina in silence. It was only at the train station a 15 minute walk away that I found I'd left the money in my back pocket instead of my wallet. I'm going senile. It wasn't a large amount of money but would have been the last minute my Croatian currency. Relieved, we left our bags on a locker at th station and asked at th tourist office what we could see on one hour - we had two. He told us to walk to the centre about 10 minute away. The world of our quickest city yet so we set off.
