Mountain pass

They bus to Zagreb isn't supposed to be an excursion but the views are great as we ascend into the mountains to make the high altitude trip to Croatia's capital 100kms to the north, in this oddly shaped country. From Zagreb we need to take a train today to Ljubljana where we have our first hotel booking -  so far they've all been apartments. If we're lucky we might have a little time to explore Zagreb, but that might be a bit of a stretch. Perhaps we'll just see it from the window.
