Mongoose time

We're back in time for lunch, mongoose lunch. Katarina had already put her name down to get in the cage. These are humanised mongoose and so they do need constant people interaction. We have the job to play and cuddle the mongoose. They call this work. There are three of them in two enclosures that sit beside each other. Two in one and a single in the other. We are with the single. He (or is it she?) takes to Katarina quickly, even snuggling up for a sleep in her lap. You can't exactly cuddle them but they're happy to have their heads stroked. Katarina's smile says it all.
