Light lunch

We eventually took a break for a late lunch of salads and an extra burger for me. The staff put together the salads with incredible care and we were impressed by the results. One thing I've appreciated on this journey through southern Europe is the tomatoes. Like Italy I suppose the sun makes for a rich meaty texture it's so hard to find at home unless you pay about £1 per tomato. I also had a beer and Katarina had a cherry cider. It was all quite light but very satisfying. And also, given our recent track record, relatively healthy. We took our time resting before getting up again.
