Castle Peles

We were quick unpacking and only rested briefly before heading out again, we had a fairly tight schedule even before the police station. At reception they said if we hurried we'd make the last grand tour of the local Castle Peles. I'd deliberately booked this hotel as it was so close to the castles and that was now proving very fortunate. It was only about 10 minutes away, downhill and indeed we made it to the last guided tour at 3pm, with about one minute to spare. We don't normally do tours but it was the only way to explore the castle.
