Meat feast

It was huge. I ordered a burger, which is already half eaten in this photo, and it had filled half the plate. I also ordered some small deep fried fish, a speciality across the Balkans I think, as we had it last year too, and some fries for Katarina. We didn't clear any of the plates. But importantly I'd recovered from being close to fainting and now we were both almost incapacitated by food. When it came to pay, the bill was only about £15 and when I tried to leave a tip of the equivalent of £3.50 to the waiter the card machine wouldn't allow more than 20%. Go figure. We walked back to the hotel as quickly as possible partly to rest and partly to get as much time in our luxury room/suite/apartment. Tomorrow we'll have a couple more hours in Belgrade before an afternoon coach to Sofia in Bulgaria. Belgrade was only a quick trip. Hope I've not gone on too much.
