Hotel Favorit

We arrive an hour late in Sofia and quickly the station empties of passengers mostly to eager taxi drivers. I always try, but don't always succeed, in finding hotels that are easy to get to. This time at least it worked. Our hotel was only a 10 minute walk away and it wasn't too hard to orientate. It always looks a bit dodgy around train stations but it was quiet so looked relatively safe. We saw a group of young women from our coach get into a taxi. I suppose that is lesser of two evils for women. The hotel reception wasn't the friendliest but the woman was polite.  The room is another suite, like Belgrade, only this one looks about 60 years older. It's also less than half the price. But we have two rooms again and plenty of space. After uploading this blog, which I mostly wrote on the coach, and failing to catch an enormous mosquito, we hide ourselves away under the bedsheets.
