Kopitoto

The place we arrived at is called Kopitoto which is Bulgarian for hoof. I assume there's a geographic feature that explains the name. Here there was a hotel and restaurant that looked half derelict. Indeed a sign on the door said hotel and restaurant closed. But the door was open so we peered inside to see what looked like a caretaker and a woman behind a bar. As we entered I gestured towards the rear where a view of Sofia was clear to see. She said it was 5 lev each to go out. Together that was about £3.50, hardly a stretch. So we paid and agreed to come back for some drinks later.
