Taxi back

We got the crazy woman to call the taxi driver with my phone to best communicate with him and he said he'd be half an hour so we got one last view before heading out front. The crazy woman was on the phone the whole time even as she spoke to the driver. She must have been on a call for an hour or more shouting at someone. When another visitor arrived a colleague had to get her attention to serve them a drink which she did while still on the phone. Our same driver arrived after about 40 minutes and the ride down was faster. However despite asking for the centre he drove us back to the hotel, which was frustrating. I had planned to give him a tip but annoyingly he took one anyway by giving back less change. That was cheeky. My opinion of him had dropped.
