Squid ink croquettes

On the way back to the hotel we stopped for a snack. We had hoped for some tapas, small plates of food, but oddly the one place we chose that had a tapas menu then told us they only had full servings. So we reduced it to one large plate and went for these. I forgot to take a photo so this I found online. They were actually delicious and given Katarina ate her own share they couldn't have been bad. Unfortunately my mild cold has robbed me of taste buds so I judge them on saltiness and texture, which I was happy with. Essentially they are chopped squid mixed in squid ink and mashed potato and then deep fried.
